Jon, if you think that was a "loose" explanation, wait till football season starts and I get on Ramsey's case. Speaking of which, my beloved 49'ers are heading down Qualcomm Stadium way this weekend minus half the team (Flash 80 among others), but still will kick some Charger poon-tang for the hell of it. They intend to play Steve Young for at least 5 seconds, come what may, and that should be enough :) Surfer Mike (you're right: used 'margin' and 'reserve requirement' in the same sense, which they ain't, but close enough for government work, doncha think?)
