in fairness to hal,the s.e.c case is b.s.. they make up their own interpretation of the 5 a and 5 c rules as they go and want to go after the guy making 5000 dollars cause they cant get the guys like subway... the s.e.c wants to give some sort of credence to once you receive free trading paper and advertise for a client that the paper magically without the assistance of david copperfield should create its own restricted label on it is a croc of horse ****... i have a problem with hal buying stock ahead of runs and news,but not of him selling shares to have on his website..
