CB, Its a difficult time for that family and filing for divorce at this time may be controversial, but (and its a biggie) - I find no evidence that he made this public. There are no public statements from him or his lawyer. It is simply public because his wife has made a spectacle of herself. Then someone noticed the names in the records department at the courthouse and probably called a reporter. Sleazy court employees. John
