Windsock - Re: "Intel is building new fabs so they can donate the fabs to AMD who is building no new fabs. Jerry has asked for this relief in the EU Commission in order to "level the playing field" for AMD and eliminate unfair competition by Intel. " That is PATENTLY unfair. How will AMD be able to operate those fabs? The EU should also demand that Intel turn over their $10 Billion in cash to AMD to assist AMD in the startup of AMD's "newly acquired" fabs. Paul
