If MOT puts a 56k modem out in the stores and I can't use it to connect at a higher rate "anywhere in the world" for what will most likely be month's I will buy one as I'm on my way to my lawyers office to start litigation against them. Unless they have some kind of disclaimer with the product specifically stating that No ISP's currently support this technology. What a joke. Sure sounds like a company that is getting it's ass kicked real bad! MOT stay with phones and chips.. Derek
