Yaacov: I am cutting back on my moonlighting shifts in the ER. My goal was to get a substantial chunk of my loans paid off and I have done that. Now I'd rather spend my evenings with my wife. I am upset because Sallie Mae just raised my interest rate from 8.0 to 8.4. I am so close tp paying them off I can taste it. I think after the new year I am going to look at my portfolio and sell some stuff(not INTC,MSFT,SUNW or GE). If I am ahead with CUBE and AMGN and PHMX I might get out and pay off the rest of the loans. I know that their is the argument that 8.4% is not so bad and that I should pay the minimum and invest the rest. This is true when the market is kicking ass. Psychologically it feels good to be debt free. After I am debt free I can invest in the market with impunity because we all know that their is no better place for your long term money than great stocks.

Regards

JT
