David, because I have seen too many securities lawyers screwing up on these deals. If I was a holder of this stock, I would check the other companies this man headed, his prior experience, possible reason he is running a company rather than doing security law. You may want to do a search on the SEC files to see if he had "close calls" with them in the past. As far as I am concerned, all these are irrelevant, the company has signed a floorless debenture and in the great majority of all these deals the stock drops down drastically. What do you think brought about the sudden drop from a buck to $.30? Zeev
