Agreed, most of the good people that MRCH got from Whittman-Hart are long gone. The ones who are left are for the most part not particularly experienced at anything, let alone at enterprise applications. That company was so focused on building out web insfrastructure that most of their former expertise in other areas was lost. So DVIN isn't even getting the corpse. Their getting a hollowed-out corpse, with little substance left other than the name and client list.

Besides, it seems a sort of muddled strategy. DVIN is building its own tools, and at the same time trying to buy out consulting resources with practices focused on other tools (like SAP). I'm not sure DVIN knows what it wants to be, a consulting firm or a software company. For that matter, I don't think they have much of a focused strategy in software either.
