tell me all the stuff you are taking to lower cholesterol. the inositol hexanicotinate, pantethine, policosanol will not lower it below a certain level. they are called mediators.

For anxiety take phosphatidyl choline, magnesium about 1200 mgs a day and SAMe, and 5-htp. It may help.

Stop eating sugar. It can cause jitters and depression.

St Johns wort helps some people.
