The company and I settled - see message #104. The two litigations mentioned in the 1997 10K do not involve me.

I still own some SLI stock and I choose to keep the details private. I would very much like to see the stock price increase.

I haven't made a fraction of the money that I had hoped to make. I was hoping this would be a $10 to $20 stock by now. What were you told to expect? I didn't sell a single share until my one-year lock-up expired, more than 6 months after my termination and after I had read an article in the local paper about turnover at the company, including the inventor of the DMS technology. I also filed the appropriate form 144s and SC 13Ds. All of this information was available to you.
