Harry, CS market capitalization is pretty high at 5.7 billion. Will CS be able to throw off more than 350 million in cash each year?(approx. net interest on fully leveraged buy, at today's market cap. Probaly higher.) If so, maybe it works.

I do think it is possible and likely, that CPQ can grow to 40 bil. before the end of 2000, without a major aquisition. 26% increase annually does it. However....

With or without a purchase, they will achieve it, and CPQ longs will benefit nicely. LF
