Can someone tell me why the float on this stock is only 7.5 million, versus 14.1 million shares outstanding. Does this mean that 6.6 million shares are restricted, and are some of these the Andyne purchase. I was wondering if some insiders decided to cash out via a short until they could get ahold of their options to replace the shares later (is that even legal?). |
