Actually ENE has been mentioned by several on the thread. See post 13271 for my take. I wouldn't bet the ranch on the Dynergy deal. There's no downside for competitor Dynergy to look at the market leaders books and methods and meet top people [prospective hires]. It gains stature by talking about buying, but in the end may hold it's nose and walk away...waiting to buy the parts on Ebay. OTOH if it does the deal, has it really bought a business that can generate cash or has it just bought the mother of all shareholder lawsuits.
