I think this bit of evidence is pretty bad for RMBS... everyone there seems to agree. Message 15370158 I hope you have an exit plan if and when they get ruled against - even the Republican senators who initally supported Nixon at his impeachment hearings knew when to get out when they saw the jig for Nixon was up - so they didnt committ political suicide by continuing to support him. I hope you have the same thing if Rambus goes down in flames.. Consider investing in some AMD stock for starters. :)
