Yes if Apple uses them they don't have to pay a red cent. Someone said tech through Aug, but I believe you are correct. Feb of this year.

HOWEVER...

Apple's subs or Materion or Visser may pay LQMT. In addition development of the machinery and precise formulas/cooling rates goes on. No one seems to know how many machines are finished.

Its not quite as cut and dried as it seems on the surface.

However I do not believe Apple, or its subs, will be paying LQMT much if anything for additional technology. However Engle will probably owe LQMT a fair amount if Apple/subs buy machines from them. Engle may sub out machine plans, and again whoever builds them will have to pay LQMT. Same with Visser on molds. Same with Materion with alloys.

This is a long term business with tons of potential if they survive through the year. There is a distinct possibility they may be bought out too.
