MOT was to buy a private company called "BE", according to NY Times. BE makes a brand new operating system, mainly for MACS. If MOT brings out the new fast modem, and if MOT buys "BE," would MOT really compete with USRX?

On the surface, it would seem as though USRX and MOT are going after two different markets.

I would like to hear your comments though.
