As of this morning, there are 400 confirmed cases and 19 deaths in the US, making the mortality rate of almost 5%. But, many of the cases are new and have not progressed yet. On the other hand, many of deaths have been been from a nursing home. In a week or two we'll have more accurate estimates for the US. Until then, I will go with the WHO estimate of 3.5%
