Denis. Great news! And they are still a registered CDN company, for the time being anyway. Did you make any progress checking out the relocation thing with Revenue Canada? I have been on the phone with them, and am trying to get interpretations of various tax rulings. Don't have a final answer yet, but the financial penalties seem to be brutal when a stock suddenly beomes non-CDN content. I am waiting for phone calls back from more knowledgeable people at their office. HM
