I would not consider a person who publishes an article in a pro-KKK magazine a patriot. Yet. Aschcroft
published an article in a magazine that praised the WHITE leaders of the Civil War.

At best, I would describe Ashcroft's attitude towards people of color as "tokenism." Now. he
tries to question people from The Middle East. I am pleased that Leahy stands
up to Ashcroft.

Justice for Ascroft and Bush depends upon their personal viewpoints. Did you hear that Ascroft refused
to look to see whether detainees purchased guns?
