briskit, More Native Americans live here than in Canada, does that give a 'right' over their country? Most researchers agree that North America was populated by means of a land bridge during the last ice age and migrations from Asia. Who owns land from prior centuries is certainly open to interpretation. As for annexing Mexican states, I am not proposing that - I am saying rather than watch it happen thru migration - lets open the union and let them choose to join. At the same time lets ask Puerto Rico to become a state or be independent - none of this in between stuff. John
