MUST DUE DILIGENCE FOR LONGS: You will hear a lot of ill informed BS about the ITC suit vs. NIDEK in which WE ARE THE PLAINTIFF. We are suing them on UNCONTESTED patents as a quick track method of booting NIDEK from the US market. If this fails, and I doubt it, there are many back up remedies that will take longer. EVERYONE PLEASE...listen to minutes 34-39.5 of the conference call...without this information you will be a sitting duck for hypesters telling you all kinds of nonsense in order to manipulate the stock Bottom line...loss maintains status quo, win, NIDEK is OUT.
