Marc - I echo Dipy's sentiments. However, one of the things I really have found to be critical to the success of any company is how good management really is. The only thing that carries me through rough times and particularly turnarounds is how much I trust management. I can sit here and play "armchair CEO" but I have to admit that GREAT management really does know better than I do. So I have found what eliminates a tremendous amount of my potential frustration with management is to really believe in them BEFORE I buy and give them the benefit of the doubt when sweeping changes are made. It does take a lot of research to determine management's intent and style and it's not something you can use a screening program to ascertain. So the issue I had with you is that it appears that you are looking for short term gains from a company that is in the middle of positioning itself strategically. The two are mutually exclusive. If I lose trust in a company's management due to either a judgment error on my part or a swerve on their part, I just sell and move onto a company who's management I am comfortable with. My prior post was indeed to be taken literally rather than sarcactically and to help you not lose sleep over SGI.

Regards
Jeff
