I'm glad we see "eye to Eye" on VTSS! I suffered the capital gains in order to have the cushion of a cash reserve here. My broker likes me, Uncle Sam likes me and I'm content also! I don't have any "fresh money" coming into my accounts, so the cash reserve has to do.
