Mr. Pink is here to protect the innocent and, I suppose to educate the unintiated. Mr. Pink operates a relatively small pool of capital called a "hedge fund". This is actually an incentive based private partnership open only to "accredited investors" those individuals with net worths over 1Million and presumably with the sophistication to make such an investment and the wherewithal to sustain a loss of their entire investment.

I hope what I do is legal--I certainly spend enough on lawyers. If not I will be sure to notify George Soros, Leon Cooperman, Michael Steinhart, Julian Robertson and Paul Tudor Jones all of whom run similarly structured funds.
