I'm new to this thread but will throw my two cents in.

I'm an attorney in Seattle. Another attorney here, Steve Berman, specializes in class action lawsuits. He's got one going against AOL. Berman is a pit bull and won't let go until he gets a good settlement. The settlement with the states is irrelevant to resolution of the private suits. AOL continues to have problems that won't go away.
