Inside look at retail theft sting
See, that's something I'd like for the police to do. Set up a sting. Put some tracking devices or other identifying marks on some of these valuable goods.

This guy had NO trouble getting thieves to break into his car and steal his booby-trapped package.

Moreover, he hinted that he is currently working with SFPD on some anti-theft project.

Good stuff. Nothing like the SF Bay Area "innovating" its way out of a problem.
