Toby, Don't know anything about NEON, but I think Mathon might be able to fill you in on that one. <duck> One of my best stocks to mention at the moment would be SOFN. Of course, it's no longer at 20, but it just got upgraded with a price target of 57 from 50 (per the thread). As for bottom fishing, for something somewhat related take a look at ZOOM. E!
