Tim I haven't heard anything about the TEGIC squable. I presume since there's nothing that they haven't being given a dismissal as they requested - we would of be advised by our Short friends otherwise.
IMO I hope it's milked to the bone by legals: this prevents Tegic from going public and allows both parties to continue making revenue. (The more revenue Tegic can make in the meantime on the software the more in money Zi will be able to collect should it be ruled in favour of Zi for damages.) The company in the meantime will and have to be hush hush on disclosures relating to case till its over.
