Anyone that sold the stock yesterday (at a loss) now has some excellent legal grounds to sue the CDN. People that were at the AGM or read these threads had complete info to work from. Those that relied on the printed word were working from a disadvantage. This is an excellent example of how this company and the management has been treated by the Canadian press, exchanges and their mining community. I am going to press the company to delist from the CDN. I know this isn't good for our Northern friends, but we need to cut ourselves loose from what they have done to us since early 1994.
