Not even close to true. AFA receiving gov benefits? Either zero or relatively small for successful biz people, professionals & other hi income individuals. Those heavily dependent on Blue State benefits can't afford to move. Those 2 overarching facts are too obvious to argue about. I'm done. You can have the last word if you want it.
