He was clearly not used to dealing with analysts.

In some ways I have to respect him for not hypeing. He said the success of Zixcharge was based on getting financial institutions to sign up. I have to agree with that statement. It's just that I don't see that happening.

Also, he squashed the notion that CUST was competing with VRSN.

Joseph Charles & Co. are the ones who look pretty bad now, IMO.
