By the time we do all this I think we will already have our answers.

1. Tim, NO you won't.
2. Accountability.

You are missing the POINT of the letter. It doesn't even mean it will get any answers. It provides accountability, AND CLEAR communication to the CEO, (c'mon do you think the switch board operator conveys every message & question, NOPE)...it adds pressure to the CEO, it builds a case that shareholders are no dummies AND they want answers,
AND it goes to the head APAC guy who will suddenly be faced with all these letters/issues.
But if you can't see the point. Then you can't see the point.
SOME people know how to read between the lines.
