Gangs are caused by lack of clearcut, rational philosophies on the part of the parents, elders, role models and society as a whole. Also, lack of discipline.

Check the teen-age pregnancy curves against the timeline for intro of sex education in schools. You'll see the corroboration. The earlier you teach kids, the sooner they want to try it.

They sure taught you how to clack your beak at the schools you attended! Whew!
