listen to the scientists and health professionals----fine! Do so but keep in mind they will NEVER tell you how u can boost your immune system YOURSELF by natural methods--and I am not talking about "old wives tales" but good info backed by 100s of PEER REVIEW articles---NO ONE WANTS TO MAKE THE LIFESTYLE CHANGES needed to be truly healthy--they would rather die than have to give up the foods that are killing them...there is GOOD SCIENCE today backing up alt. approaches to good health besides the establishment medical paradigm...but no one wants to get off their butt and take action---
