Here is a note from someone close to the company regarding the dividend:

1. All shareholders of record tomorrow should get a dividend, whether
already settled or settled by tomorrow, or by brokerage firm policies.
HOWEVER, the Company's position MAY be different from the individual
brokers.
2.I have instructed all my people to make sure they bot by tuesday.
04.05.99, to avoid any confusion.
3. Divs will be allotted by species; a. registered shareholders, b.
preferred shareholders, c. street form held by brokers with requisitions
to be sent to the TA on behalf of their clients.
POINT 1. Record date is Friday, May 7,1999.
POINT 2. Ex-Dividend date is Monday, May 10,1999, as per MDIN's policy.
I have tried to avoid confusion here, with my people.
POINT 3. TA will allot dividends to shareholders of record next week, in
species. I have instructed my people to make their brokers aware of the
news release and dividend, so that a req can go out to the TA. |
