After thinking about it a while, I got out. So far, it has been the right move. I agree that something could still be up, I agree that the company isn't in a bad position if the debts are eliminated and they have $.60 a share in cash and a very streamlined operation, plus a bunch of new offerings already R&D'd. But I haven't heard that yet and realized that the view on the street is going to be that GVIL has no products left to sell now. (That's what my girlfriend's broker said to her this afternoon and believe me, he's the average broker.)

So I think it is very possible that unless we hear good news soon that we revisit a buck a share. Without all the known good news in the future that we'd been banking on--v.90, Wall St., etc. I don't know what will keep the price up. For $10 million the company has given up $80 million a year in sales.

I might've hung on with some shares but I had a tiny investment in Seventh Level and the same thing has happened--they rose on merger talk, and then merged with a company no one had heard of, got completely out of their original business (designing and publishing computer games) and went into the game developer tool business. Haven't really been heard from since and the stock has drifted down more than 50%.
