Thats great...thxs Les. Interesting that even though that Nasdaq cycle is dated he mentions Armstrongs 8.6 mo. cycle...the next DOW and SPX 8.6 mo low for that PEI count is Feb 18th, 2002...which is coinciding with your counts posted According to a post i read on the context thread regarding PEI cycles...next 8.6 year cycle favors Nov 8 2002 as a model bottom
