But if you follow the link, they don't claim that many adverse events were "linked" to COVID-19 vaccinations. Instead, they only say they got that many "reports."

According to the same link, a person can report any side effect directly to the agency, and that person can report anonymously.

And the side effect can be something as mundane as a headache.

Most of these incidents aren't going to result in submissions for vaccine injury claims.
