The nightmare I see coming up in the event of future use of our military is that we will have to provide hospitals, maternity wards, psychiatric units, lawyers , and video tapes of interrogations of all captured enemy combatants.

Commanders of all ranks up to the President will spend more time investigating charges or explaining things to the Press than in doing their assigned duties.
