I've been corresponding with Barrie on PM and have decided to agree with Barrie's assessment of the financing agreement. Thanks for your help Barrie.

Now, I only believe that there is a POSSIBILITY that there will be 50.1 million shares outstanding in the near future. While the sales projections imply that this possibility is slim, I question the sales projections.
