DUK. The 23 (Yes 23) round trip trades were profitless and did not increase or otherwise effect earnings. DUK said they were made to set a market price per some required regulation at the time. You know, kinda like your favorite market maker selling to itself through Instinet to establish a price. Legal for broker pimps, but not for utilities?

DUK said the trades were less than 1% of transactions.
