<--OT-->Meat, it is like those 'pundits' and 'armchair-execs' who criticized Toronto Dominion for buying Waterhouse for couple of 300 million dollars a while ago (they said TD paid too much for Waterhouse),tomorrow Waterhouse will hit the street with shares worth about a $1 billion which goes to TD's pocket and that is only 11 or so per cent of the Waterhouse,sheeesh! Now that is some punditry I tell ya and the bozos who critized TD will be eating crow for lunch tomorrow I am sure.<vbg>
