"Underscoring that his compensation package, and those of other Disney executives, are based on the company's performance, Mr. Eisner warned that financial growth isn't guaranteed. "This company may not grow at all," Mr. Eisner said. "I don't know... . We've got some problems in prime time," he said, referring to lagging ratings at Disney's ABC Network. "You know, I wouldn't assume" that strong growth will always continue, he added.
If Cowell made the above statement I would guess USRX would open today at, oh I would guess about $10."
Did you notice that Mr. Eisner did not state that his new compensation package worth a fortune was not guranteed? He is guaranteed his compensation package even if Disney does not do well. I suppose this is really off the topic. Anyhow, you are correct that USRX would fall through the floor if Cowell made a similar statement. IMHO
