Incidentally the MACD (moving average convergence divergence) can be a good confirming indicator for the MAC. FYI, here is a brief explanation of the MACD equis.com bear in mind though that the MA lengths of the MACD are variable. For short/intermediate term I look at 5,34,5. For longer term MACD I use 13,34,89. Just my preference, there are lots of ways to do it. Personally, I like to use different timeframe stochastic rsi's as a confirming tool for the MAC. Later Frank
