The IMDZ buyout by Merck at $5.85 closed today and IMDZ stopped trading. Since my portfolio is one of the two in the Contest holding IMDZ, I want to be totally unbiased in choosing the reallocation date. My inclination is to pick this Wednesday’s close. If any of you have a better idea, especially if you tendered IMDZ shares in the real world and received the proceeds earlier (or later) than Wednesday, please let me know.
