Doug, Mike is right...must have not been all here with my speculation on the merger. I actually filled out my proxy statement a few days ago and sent it back in. A 100+ page document accompanied the proxy. It indicates the shareholder vote to be held August 27 at 10:00 in Plano Texas. It indicates the effective date is upon filing of a "certificate of merger". sf
