Talked with Lisa Katz. The MBI selling is routine for raising capital as needed. This is probably true. I now remember asking in the past about MBI selling. This is done periodically and often. Part of the assets MBI holds is Lidak stock. It seems to be a nonprofit arm of Lidak (Lisa would probably reject that discription). If MBI selling was going to spook someone, it should have done so a long time ago. Recieved new annual report today. Looks like some new interesting things are going on. Need to look into it though. I don't see the herpes/HIV study that James claimed was going on. A number of studies will be reported out this spring and summer. This is a decent company selling for only a market of 75 million dollars. Many of the fashionible companies with arguably questionible tech. have market caps of 1 billion. This company, if you believe the story of what happened (and I give it a good chance of being true), has a very good chance of succeeding. We may look back and say that was a bargain, I could have bought that at $2.00.
