To respond to your questions:

1. The "lock-up" period refers to the private placement (PP) investors who purchased $11 million in common stock during early 1997 and 1998.

2. During January, 1998 these shares were registered for sale with the SEC; hence, the "lock-up" period ended on March 1st. Some of the heavy selling volume recently reflected some of these PP holders exiting at a decent return on their investment.

3. Soros' funds was part of the second PP in 1998 but he is not believed to be a seller at this time or else he would have filed with the SEC.
