kennedy was complaining about air national guard closing at otis on cape cod. now we find out ct. are going to lose their planes. He must really be fighting this along with rendall in pa to keep open willow grove which is sixty miles from mcguire air force base. just like the Hgwy, energy bills, no one in congress wants to save the taxpayers money, they just want to spend it.
