Alright, here is the Biden plan to deal with the crack problem in the US.

The Government will purchase better crack pipes for distribution to poor and black crackheads who cannot afford them and are forced to use cheap dirty crack pipes. This is an effort to end the inequity between rich, well to do crackheads who can afford better clean crack pipes and the poorer crack heads. After all it is just not fair for some crackheads to be able to use better crack pipes while other crackheads have to make do with less.

Where will all of these better crack pipes be made and how much will the Gov. pay for them? Why, they will be made in China of course and the price per pipe will be hidden due to it being outrageously high.

My suggestion for the Biden Crime Family is to put Hunter Biden in charge of crack pipe distribution. He could be named the Crack Pipe Czar. He could then name the crack pipes after himself.
The pipes could be emblazoned with "Official Hunter Biden Crack Pipe". The Chines manufacturer of the Hunter Biden Crack Pipe could funnel Hunter so much per pipe produced and sold to our government for the use of his name. In other words, our tax dollars would stuff the pockets of the Chinese and Hunter Biden.
For the Biden Crime Family, it will be a Win, Win, the big guy will get his cut, and all be happy.

As another benevolent act to provide more equity for disadvantaged crack heads is to provide a safe clean space where they can smoke crack without fear of arrest or interference. I suppose special police will provide security. Also, a health care professional will be provided who can administer Narcan as needed.

All of this will be provided to the disadvantaged crack heads in our society courtesy of the hard-working tax paying Americans who have no choice but to support this Demonrat insanity.
